Introduction

Ghostwriter Consultancy & Events, an event promotion collective with deep roots in the live music scene, identified a clear gap: promoters were juggling outdated tools, venues were missing opportunities, and both sides struggled to connect efficiently. The solution was GigLab, a digital platform bringing promoters and venues together in one intuitive space.

The Challenge

The platform needed to serve two distinct user groups with different needs and workflows, making it easy for promoters to find and book venues and for venues to manage and respond to opportunities, all within a single, cohesive product.

What I Did

I designed the UX and UI for the GigLab platform, translating the brand's bold identity into a functional, intuitive product experience. I mapped user journeys for both promoters and venues, ensuring the platform felt logical and efficient for each side of the marketplace. From wireframes through to high-fidelity UI, I focused on making the core workflows: discovering venues, managing bookings, and facilitating collaboration as frictionless as possible.
